At PADUVO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer flexible return and exchange options.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards, discounted items, or final sale products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after purchase will not be eligible.

3. Process for Returns & Refunds

  1. Contact our customer service team via phone, email, or WhatsApp to request a return.
  2. Once approved, return the product to your nearest PADUVO branch or arrange courier pickup.
  3. After inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or style changes, subject to availability.
  • If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
  • If the item is of lower value, the balance will be refunded.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • PADUVO will cover the shipping cost in such cases.

📦 Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

  • PADUVO currently provides shipping within Egypt.
  • Delivery outside Egypt may be arranged upon request, subject to additional fees.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery within Damanhour takes 1–2 business days, while nationwide delivery may take 3–7 business days, depending on location.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • Free delivery may be offered during promotions or for orders above a specific amount.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to follow your shipment.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
  • Lost packages will be fully investigated with the courier company, and PADUVO will either replace the item or issue a refund.
